2nd Quarter Condo Sales
As some of you probably did as well, I recently received the C21 Real Estate Second Quarter 2005 review. It seems like sales are continuing to be strong in the Killington area.

Massive Killington project alive again
That is what the Rutland Herald says about the buildup of the village in a July 24th article (click here for a print friendly version of the article).
As you may have heard, Centex Destination Properties, which would develop the complex, opened up offices in Killington and started speaking with town officials. The complex calls for 1,200 additional hotel rooms, 160 townhouses and 180,000 square foot of new retail space.
Maybe we can have Ed negotiate some pre-construction prices for us...
All kidding aside, I do think that this would be great for the whole area!
